NuOp Product Update #9

NuOp is constantly evolving by updating the platform to better serve you. We love hearing from our members; it helps us troubleshoot any issues; after all, NuOp was designed for your ease. Here’s some of NuOp’s latest product updates.

Service Location

Some professions allow you to work across the country (remote) while others require you to be on location; NuOp made it so you can set your radius to cater to your individual profession. The beauty of this added algorithm is that it will decide which opportunities are best suited for you based on your designated area.

Opportunities

NuOp’s Opportunity Feed is now the home page for  NuOp.com. This enables you, and other members, to see what’s available for you, or your invited contacts, the moment you view NuOp’s website or app.

NuOp Notifications

If you’re anything like we are, our phones are our lifelines but that comes with an unintentional downside: notifications going off, throughout the day, from a series of apps, alarms, calendars and texts. Here at NuOp we don’t want to be that annoying little sound that goes off on your phone for something that doesn’t interest you. We’ve updated our notification settings so that you’ll only receive notifications on your phone or email, if you want to. In addition, you will only receive a notification for opportunities that are available in your designated area. It’s easy to change these settings now. From the app: just click on your profile picture in the left hand corner which will prompt a screen to pop out on the left hand side of your phone. Go down and click settings. At the top you’ll see “Notifications’ ‘, click on “Notifications” and you’ll see the option to opt-in or out of any one of those adorable, little reminders that can make you want to turn your phone on silent indefinitely.

Invite & Earn

Speaking of invite & earn, NuOp made a pretty-awesome change to this one. As I am sure you know, NuOp rewards those who invite others to the platform. When you send an invitation and that person joins, you are automatically connected. Now, when you invite a member and they purchase a plan,  you will receive 10% of NuOp’s revenue for two years! Which is an easy way to earn some extra cash for those rainy days.  But now, you earn two years starting  the day they upgrade their plan, instead of two years from their sign up date. That means that if  Betty Sue joins NuOp on January 1, 2022 but doesn’t upgrade to a professional plan until February of 2022, the clock on the two years starts February of 2022. Now, in order to earn that extra dough, you need to have a bank account or debit card linked to our platform. Read more about this below under Secure Transactions.

Secure Transactions 

Cyber security is a huge concern these days but, we have you covered on that too. We utilize Stripe for all of your member information, subscriptions and financial transactions. Stripe is one of the most secure payment processors in the world and utilized by the biggest e-commerce sites including Google, Shopify, Amazon, Instacart, Zoom & more.  Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. You can be certain that all of your information on NuOp is secure.
